From start to finish, the experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly a breath of fresh air. Wyatt is AWESOME!! I spoke with him over the phone, and his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. He was understanding, patient, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything. He made me feel heard and comfortable right away, which means so much when you’re dealing with car issues. One of the best business owners I’ve encountered! He really shows professionalism, trustworthiness, and genuinely cares about his customers. His tech Robert came directly to me and did a superb, fast job replacing my badly corroded battery terminals and installing my new battery in a timely manner. They were extremely diligent and punctual, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, Robert went above and beyond by helping me change the battery in my key fob. I already had the battery, and he still took the time to get it opened and replaced — that extra kindness truly meant a lot. Wyatt even called to follow up on the work that was done!! I appreciate them and what they do!! It’s the little things that make a big difference!! These guys are the real deal!! Car trouble is stressful, especially in Alaska weather, but Alpine Auto & Performance made everything so much easier. Fair pricing, honest work, excellent communication, and outstanding customer service all around. I’m already talking with Wyatt about getting on the schedule to have my thermostat replaced, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will absolutely be recommending them and using them again. Even though they were insanely busy, they still got me in this week, even with having to order the parts. They were super communicative, kept updates on everything. I love the mobile mechanic offer, helped me keep from ruining my vehicle more. 10/10 highly recommend these guys!!

This man... all I can say is my freaking goodness! Diagnosed my TPS issue when chevy of south anchorage could not. Priced fairly, great at communication, and his staff are the most professional technicians i have ever met. It was an absolute pleasure to finally not be nickled and dimed then have drawn out.
